Australia France Social Security Agreement

4. Notwithstanding Article 4 of this agreement, a Danish national residing in Australia is not entitled to an early pension for social reasons. Recognising the need to continue to coordinate the functioning of their respective social security systems and to improve equal access for people who move from Australia to Italy to social security benefits provided by the legislation of both countries, (i) the laws that constitute the Social Security Act, as long as the law provides for the old-age pension , be applied to them or applied to them; with regard to Ireland, Ireland`s legislation does not contain the social security regulations of the Institutions of the European Communities, nor the treaties or other international social security conventions that can be concluded between Ireland and a third country, nor the legislation adopted for their specific implementation.
